Karl Newson is a children's author and illustrator.
He is the writer of picture books published by Nosy Crow, Walker Books, Macmillan, Maverick, Quarto, and Parragon, and the illustrator of Superchimp, the Rupert the Dinosaur series and The Bear Extraordinaire.
Karl lives in London, but grew up in Norwich, Norfolk. He enjoys writing, drawing, walking, listening to music from the 1960s, and biscuits... and cake. He doesn't enjoy mashed potatoes! BLEUURGH!
